Buy a ticket. If your ticket is the winner, Tommy calls you on draw night. You take a few days to decide what you'd like. Then Tommy takes you shopping for it, buys it and arranges delivery to you. We film the whole thing for our Winners page to give you the ultimate gloating rights!
It hasn't happened yet; but if for any reason we can't get hold of what you've picked, we'll transfer the cash equivalent to your account so you can sort it yourself. Tommy will never leave you short!
Yes. If you'd rather have the cash, just say the word. We'll transfer the full £10,000 straight to your bank account within 7 working days of the draw. No questions, no judgement.
Anything legal, up to £10,000 total value. Want one £10k watch? Done. Want five £2k holidays for different friends? Done. Want to buy your son or daughter a Baby Grand Piano? Done. Want to split it across an entire list; new bike, weekend away, treat for your mum? Also done. It's your call.
You can top up the difference yourself if you want to go bigger; say you want your dream bike and it's £15,000 and you'd happily pay the extra £5,000. That's allowed. We'll never make you spend a penny if you don't want to, but you've got the option.
Depends what you pick and supplier order times, but we move fast. For in-stock items (cars, bikes, watches, tools, kitchen kit, etc.) we typically buy within 2 weeks of you deciding. For bespoke or built-to-order things (garden room, kitchen install, custom wardrobe) we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront. The £10,000 cash alternative lands in 7 working days flat.

A random draw using an independently certified random number generator, livestreamed on our socials so you can watch it happen in real time. Every paid ticket and every free entry has identical odds. Tommy calls the phone number you registered with at checkout on draw night, live on the stream. Make sure your number is correct when you check out. If we can't reach you within 48 hours, we'll try email and SMS. If we still can't reach you after 7 days, we redraw — so keep your phone on.
Yes. You can enter completely free of charge via postal entry. Full instructions are in our T&Cs at the bottom of this page. Free entries have identical odds to paid entries. No purchase necessary to win. You need to be 18+ and a resident of the UK or Republic of Ireland. One account per person. Full eligibility - see our T&Cs.
No. Competition winnings are not subject to income tax; whether you take the cash or the prize, you get the full £10,000 of value, no deductions. If you're entering from Ireland, it's the same; Irish competition winnings are also tax-free.
